Emergency Procedure

In case custom systems are down and you are not able to transmit a declaration, you can perform the SAD (Single Administrative Document) Emergency procedure to generate a PDF file with the declaration required information and directly transmit it to custom.
important
This is only applicable to the declarations that have not yet been transmitted.
  1. After finding a declaration, click
    Emergency Procedure
    .
  2. A popup window will open. Click
    Ok
     to confirm or
    Cancel
     to exit.
If you click
Ok
, the popup will close, and the SAD document will be generated in PDF format which you can then transmit to custom.
important
After clicking the
Emergency Procedure
 button, you can also find the PDF file in the
GTN Documents
 screen by clicking your account profile > Debug > GTN Documents.
When you click the
Emergency Procedure
 button, you can find the PDF document in the
GoodsItem
 tab, under the
Additional Information
 tab.
