Unloading Remarks (IE044)

The
Unloading Remarks (IE044)
message goes to customs after you unload the goods or consignment from the truck. You can send this message only after receiving unloading permission.
This section explains how to handle unloading permissions and create unloading remarks, ensuring you communicate accurately with customs.
  • Upon arrival, unloading permissions are received from customs, granting the authority to unload goods. Only after this step you can add
    Unloading remarks (IE044)
    .
  • Before unloading, review the permissions to ensure all details are correct, such as the right container and the specific instructions for unloading.
To send
Unloading remarks (IE044)
:
  1. Select
    Unloading Remarks
    to create a draft
    Unloading Remarks (IE044)
    message.
    When creating unloading remarks, all data from the unloading permissions is loaded into
    Unloading Permission (IE043) Data
    tab.
  2. Fill it in with the necessary information. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk “*”.
  3. In the
    Declaration data
    tab, go to
    Unloading remark
    .
  4. Choose an option in the
    Confirm
    field:
  • If you select
    Yes
    , the data is considered correct which is received in IE043 (Unloading Permission) response from custom, and you can’t edit it the details in Unloading Permission tab IE044 Unloading Remarks message.
  • If you select
    No
    , you can edit the data in Unloading Permission tab in IE044 (Unloading Remarks) message, indicating discrepancies in the unloading Permission Response received from Custom or additional information needed to be added.
When you edit this section, the corresponding parts of the
Unloading Remarks
(IE044) message are automatically updated.
important
To modify data, go to the
Unloading Remarks
message section, update the
Unloading Permission
tab, and the changes will automatically reflect in the
Unloading Remarks
, allowing you to resend the updated information to customs and receive a revised unloading permission response.
  1. Select
    Save and validate
    .
  2. Ensure there are no validation warnings in the
    Validation Warnings
    tab.
  3. Select
    Transmit
    .
After successfully saving and validating with no validation warnings, use the
Transmit Unloading Remarks
action to send the message to Customs.
