DVA Arrival

The
DVA Arrival
screen notifies Customs of goods arriving at your location under transit documents. It offers a dashboard for monitoring pending messages, drafts, and archived messages, as well as recent replies from Customs. When the goods are going to physically arrive at location, you must send an
Arrival Notification
to Customs.Based on your authorization, Customs respond with one of the specified messages:
  • Goods Release Notification:
The goods are released from the transit process.
  • Unloading Permission:
When obtaining this permission, you will need to send back Unloading Remarks to Customs.
Once these remarks are provided, Customs will either provide:1. A
Goods Release Notification
to release the goods from the transit process. In this case, the client may proceed to the Import Management process.2. An
Unloading Remarks Rejection
, indicating that the goods are not yet released from the transit process.
  • Arrival Notification Rejection:
The shipment is not allowed to be unloaded.
You can filter the dashboard view for pending messages, drafts and archived messages together with the latest responses provided by Customs.
