DVA Departure

The DVA Departure
screen allows you to complete and transmit a transit declaration and receive responses from the office of departure for update or proceed with the declaration for next steps.

Declaration Status Filters

Both

DVA Arrival

and

DVA Departure

screens feature two filter options labelled Current
and Completed
that allow you to toggle between views of active and historic transmission.

Filters
Current	Shows active transmissions.
Completed	Shows historic transmissions. Completed/Invalidated records typically are the records containing Goods Release Notifications.

Once you open the

DVA Departure

screen, you see a list of current declarations with the following information by default:

Status Indicator	These icons give you information about your declaration's status:

	Drafted/Transmitted Message	IE007, IE013, IE014, IE015, IE044, IE054, IE141, IE170
LRN (Local Reference Number)	Local Reference Number
MRN (Movement Reference Number)	Unique Reference number of the declaration assign by Customs for each acknowledge declaration.
