Manage Departure Declarations

You can return to the same declaration to make changes but remember that not all options will be available depending on the stage of your declaration. Consult the Action Buttons Visibility article to know which buttons appear at each stage of the declaration.To manage a declaration in
DVA Departure
 screen, you need to consider the following stages:
  1. After your declaration is reviewed and approved, you will receive a
    Positive Acknowledgement
     notification.
  2. Following the
    Positive Acknowledgement
    , you will receive an
    MRN Allocation
     by the Customs Office at the departure.
Optional step:
 To modify an existing declaration, select
Amendment
. To cancel a declaration, choose "Invalidate."
  1. Subsequently, the same Customs Office will send you a
    Release of Transit
     message.

For details on the arrival/trader of destination flow, please refer to #
  1. When the shipment arrives at its final destination, the local Customs Office will issue a
    Write-off Message
     to confirm the completion of the customs process.
