Outbound Message Types (Send)
The table below lists the different message types that can be sent to Customs from the ONESOURCE DVA system.

IE013 | The IE013 message is called Declaration Amendment and is intended to inform the Office of Departure about amendments in the IE015 declaration. | Holder of the transit procedure | Office of Departure |
IE014 | The IE014 message is intended to request Customs to invalidate the IE015 declaration message. Customs informs the holder of the transit procedure if the request will be executed or not. | Holder of the transit procedure | Office of Departure |
IE015 | The IE015 message is called Declaration Data and is to inform the Office of Departure about the intention to start the NCTS process. It is the declaration for the goods to be transported. | Holder of the transit procedure | Office of Departure |
IE026 | The IE026 message is called Guarantee Access Codes and is intended to inform the Office of Guarantee that there is a change of PIN codes on the guarantee in the guarantee management system. IE034 | The IE034 is called Query On Guarantees and is intended to make it possible for the holder of the transit procedure to ask the Office of Guarantee for the actual amount of the guarantee. | Holder of the transit procedure | Office of Guarantee |
IE044 | The IE044 is called Unloading Remarks and is intended to inform the Customs Office at Destination about the unloading results. The IE044 may contain 'no remarks' or 'remarks' as a result of the unloading of the goods. | Trader at Destination | National Customs Administration |
IE054 | The IE054 is called Request of Release and is intended to enable the holder of the transit procedure to accept or reject minor revisions in the declaration by Customs. IE141 | The IE141 is called Information about Non-Arrived Movement and is an answer of the holder of the transit procedure on the IE140 message from Customs related to the enquiry process. | Holder of the transit procedure | National Customs Administration |
IE170 | The IE170 is called Presentation Notification for the Pre-lodged Declaration. The IE170 is used when the holder of the transit procedure wants to inform Customs that the goods mentioned in the pre-lodged declaration are presented at the Customs office of Departure. | Holder of the transit procedure | National Customs Administration |

IE004 | The IE004 is called Amendment Acceptance . This message is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the amendment in the declaration is accepted by Customs. IE006 | The IE006 is called Arrival Advice and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the movement has arrived at the office of destination. IE009 | The IE009 is called Invalidation Decision and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure about the decision of the invalidation request by Customs. | Office of Departure | Holder of the transit procedure |
IE019 | The IE019 message is called Discrepancies and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure about the discrepancies discovered in the destination control results. IE022 | The IE022 message is called Notification To Amend Declaration and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure about the negative response of the amendments in the export MRN's which are mentioned in the NCTS declaration. | Office of Departure | Holder of the transit procedure |

IE029 | The IE029 message is called Release for Transit and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the movement is released for transit. The goods are allowed to proceed on the journey to the Office of Destination. | Office of Departure | Holder of the transit procedure |
IE043 | The IE043 message is called Unloading Permission and is intended to inform the trader at destination that it is allowed to unload the goods. | Office of Destination | Trader at destination |
IE045 | The IE045 message is called Write-off Notification and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the movement has the status 'written-off'. The goods have arrived at the office at destination and the procedure is closed. | Customs Office of Departure | Holder of the transit procedure |
IE051 | The IE051 message is called No Release for Transit and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that permission to release has been denied. IE055 | The IE055 message is called Guarantee Not Valid and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the guarantee used in the IE015 declaration is not valid. IE140 | The IE140 message is called Request on Non-Arrived Movement and is to start the investigation about the whereabouts of the goods. IE906 | The IE906 is called Functional nack and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that any message concerning the specific MRN received by Customs just before release of the goods will be rejected. | Customs Office of Departure | Holder of the transit procedure |

IE928 | The IE928 is called Positive Acknowledge and is intended to inform the holder of the transit procedure that the transit declaration has been received by Customs.
