Lookups
The ONESOURCE Lookups screen is a cross-platform functionality that provides a high-level overview of all records stored in each ONESOURCE product. For more information on the Lookups functionality, refer to the Lookup user guide.
The
EU CR
Lookup screens provide different query views of the data to help troubleshoot errors and increase inventory visibility. The different views available for you are the following:Views | Description |

EU CR Inventory Views | This screen displays the current and archived inventory views of all products once they are received (and ultimately discharged) in the system. This data is organized per regime (IPR, CW, etc.). |
EU CR Declarations Lookup | This screen displays the different declarations and their status in one single view. |
EU CR Staging Lookup | This screen displays the records currently being held in staging. This data is organized per transaction type. |
EU CR Processing Lookup | This screen displays the records currently being held in First In First Out (FIFO) production tables. This data is organized per transaction type. |
EU CR Validation Lookup | This screen displays the EU CR validations in a summary view or per error type (Item Master vs FIFO errors). |
EU CR Processing Audit Lookup | This screen displays the records held in scrap hold or pending shipments. This screen is used for audit purposes. |
EU CR Customs Lookup | This screen displays different Customs lookups, such as the tracking of HSNum by Regime and Quantity, Inventory snapshot, etc. |
