Export Invoice Template Management
The
Export Invoice Template Management
screen is used to create and edit invoice and purchase order templates. Templates are especially useful for situations where the majority of the data on an invoice or purchase order is static and only a few fields require manual entry. This screen is accessed by choosing Export
in the main menu, followed by Export Invoice Template Management
.
To open a template, choose a template from the
Find Shipment
drop-down. This drop-down has a type-ahead feature, making it easier to locate a template.
