to open a list of available options. To open a screen, place the cursor over the screen name and click.
Depending on how Export Management was configured during implementation to meet the user’s company-specific requirements, the following screens may be available from the menu. An overview of each screen available in Export Management is provided in the following sections.
Screen | Description |

CCL Licenses | Provides information specific to EAR/Commerce Control List licenses in the system and corresponding Product Numbers. |
ITAR Licenses | Provides information specific to International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) licenses in the system and corresponding product numbers. |
Export E-mail Template Management | Provides information about (and the ability to create, edit, and delete) e-mail templates available in the system. |
Export Invoice Template Management | Provides information about available templates that can be edited, voided, and/or created. New invoices can also be created using system-stored templates. |
Export PO Management | Stores purchase order information in the system. POs can be created, voided, and/or deleted via this screen. |
Export Search | Searches export data and produce reports. |
Export Invoice Management | Stores invoice information in the system. Shipment invoices can be created, voided, and/or deleted via this screen. |
AES Transmission | Export information is collected and electronically filed through AES (Automated Export System). Shipments can be viewed in this screen by Ship Reference Number, along with AES responses for the shipment. This feature will only appear for users subscribed to the AES Connectivity extension. |
