Shipment Consolidation
Select one or more shipments from the grid and click on the consolidation button at the top of the grid.
It will open the consolidation shipment popup with available line items on the selected shipments.
Consolidate as New
: will create a new shipment and combine the selected shipment data to it.Consolidate as Existing
: will combine two shipment data on one of the selected shipments (selected shipment in shipment to use as template dropdown).Shipment to use as Template
: With New (radio button): will assign a new shipment reference number while creating a new template as a result of the consolidation functionality.Shipment to use as Template
: With Existing (radio button): will provide the list of existing templates with which the currently selected shipment can be consolidated.Click on cancel link to exit the process.
Click on
Accept
link on the Grid to continue, it will open a Confirm
consolidation popup; Hit Ok
to consolidate and cancel to exit the popup.
After Consolidating the shipment, it will show below messages on the screen.
1st message for successful consolidation process with selected dropdown (shipment to consolidate for) value.
2nd message for line items selected in the consolidation popup for successful consolidation.
