Audit Log
The
Audit Log
screen provides visibility into the history of a declaration, including:- Actions taken in the system by a user working on the declaration
- Status changes
- Declaration versions
- Corrected discrepancies
You can search in 15, 30, or 60-day periods from any given start date.
You can also search by a specific declaration number.
Advanced filtering capabilities are enabled for all
Audit Log
tabs. Filtering options include User ID, Declaration, Action, or Action Value.
Multiple tabs are available, each providing specific information pertaining to the declaration’s history. A breakdown of each tab and the information displayed is shown below:
Tab | Description |

All Logs | Categorizes records into a tabular format. |
Closed Errors | Displays the date, user, declaration number, action, & action type per closed declaration. |
Management Log | Captures changes made on the Declaration tab of theDeclarations Overview screen (status changes, assignment changes, etc.) |
Notes | Displays the date, user, declaration number, action, and note for the specified declaration. |
E-mail | Displays the e-mail history per declaration number. |
Documents | Displays the date a document was added to the specified declaration. |
Import | Displays the date a declaration was received by the system. |
Manual Validation | Displays the manual validation history per declaration number. |
To extract records into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format, click
Extract
at the top right corner of the screen.
