Available Screens within Export Verification

Depending on which capabilities were purchased and configured during implementation, some of the following screens may not appear as available options on your version of the
Export Verification
menu. Each screen is covered in more detail in the sections below.

Description
Declaration Overview
A consolidated view of declaration review activity. This screen includes the following tabs:
  • Declarations
  • Work Queue
Declaration Discrepancy Management
Displays all declaration line item errors, organized per declaration.
Declaration Data Audit Management
Allows the company to audit a partially random selection of declarations based off specified country, date, and/or subset parameters.
Export Verification Audit Log
Provides visibility into the history of a declaration, including:
  • Actions taken in the system by someone working on the declaration
  • Status changes
  • Corrected discrepancies
Declaration Error Reporting
Creates an error report containing validation errors that occurred during the declaration validation process. Provides options for the following Error Report types:
  • Filer Errors
  • Internal Errors
  • External Errors

Declaration Overview
The
Declaration Overview
screen is the general overview screen for the ONESOURCE Export Verification platform. It contains two different tabs/grids (
Declarations
and
Work Queue
), which are explained in more detail in the
Declaration Overview
section of this User Guide.
Error Reporting
Creates an error report containing validation errors that occurred during the declaration validation process for a specific declaration. It contains three tabs/grids (
Filer Errors, Internal Errors
and
External Errors
). This screen is explained in more detail in the
Error Reporting
section of this User Guide.
Audit Log
The ONESOURCE Export Verification
Audit Log
screen provides visibility into the history of the entry, including:
  • Actions taken in the system by someone working on the entry
  • Status changes
  • Someone taking the specific action, with date/time stamp
