Archive solicitations

  1. In the
    Solicitation Management
     screen, select the
    Active
     tab.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the solicitation you want to archive.
  3. Select
    Actions
    .
  4. Choose
    Archive
    .
  5. Note:
     keep in mind that while you can archive solicitations that are not yet complete, attempting to archive both complete and incomplete solicitations simultaneously may result in a system message indicating that "Only complete solicitations will be archived." To avoid this, make sure to select only the incomplete solicitations if you wish to archive them.
  7. Select
    Archive
    again to confirm.
Upon successful archiving, a message indicating the success of the operation should be displayed, confirming that the selected solicitation(s) have been moved to the archive.
