When a solicitation is no longer active, it can be archived for record-keeping purposes.

Column	Information
Solicitation title	The name of the solicitation.
Supplier name (ID)	The identifier for the supplier.
Send date	When the solicitation was initially sent to the supplier.
Due date	The deadline for supplier response.
Qualifying period start date	The timeframe in which the solicitation was active.
Qualifying period end date	The timeframe in which the solicitation was active.
