Create origin files

Whenever you complete the process of filling in information to send back to the client, you can always speed up the process and create origin files for solicitations.
In
Supplier dashboard
, select
Create origin files
.
This action will take you to
Create certificates
.
  1. Step 1
    :
    Add entities and signature
  2. Enter the required information using the drop-down menus:
    • Exporter
    • Producer
    • Importer
    • Certifier
    • Signer
  4. Select
    Change
     to alter previously assigned information.
  5. Select
    Next
    .
  6. Step 2
    :
    Prepare files
    Add files to a solicitation to generate a certificate in three ways:
    Type
    Definition
    Manual signature origin files
    Files that require a physical signature.
    E-signature origin files
    Files that support electronic signatures.
    Upload your own files
    Use this tab to upload other files from your local database.
    Once you open the screen the grid will show as follows:
    Column
    Definition
    Agreement
    The Free Trade Agreement (FTA) terms between the supplier and the client.
    Products
    Number of items included in the entry.
    Eligibility
    Criteria determining if products qualify; can be "Qualifying" or "Both".
    Status
    Current state of the solicitation; can be "Missing signature" or "Ready".
    Unsigned document
    The document that has been prepared but not yet signed.
    Signed document
    Select the link to upload signed documents to the solicitation.
    From within the second step, you can also view, upload and delete files.

    Review and submit
    Use this step to review the documents.
  7. Select
    Previous file
     and
    Next file
    to go over the documents.
  8. Select
    Submit
     and confirm the solicitation.
The solicitation will now appear in the
Submitted
 tab, and the client will receive a notification confirming your submission.
