Review and reject discontinued/obsolete product information

This section explains how to reject information about discontinued or obsolete products added by a supplier.
  1. In the
    Solicitation Management
     screen, select the
    Solicitation title
     you want to review.
  2. In the
    Discontinued/Obsolete
     tab, review the information within the grid.
  3. Use the checkboxes to select the products you want to reject, or use
    Select all
    .
  4. Select
    Actions
    .
  5. Choose
    Reject
    .
  6. A confirmation message will appear on your screen.After the rejection, the information will be moved to the
    Incomplete
     tab, and the supplier will be notified of the rejection via email.
