Download submitted documents to a solicitation

You can download certifications attached to a solicitation by:
  1. In the
    Solicitation Management
     screen, identify and select the title of the solicitation for which you want to download documents.
  2. In the
    Approved
     tab, use the checkboxes to select the products you want to download documents from, or use
    Select all
    .
  3. Select
    Actions
    .
  4. Choose
    Download submitted documents
    .
    The system will automatically begin downloading the documents attached to the solicitation to your specified location or database.
    tip
    The
    Ready for Review
     tab may occasionally contain additional individual documents relevant to the review process. These documents are typically located in the
    Attachments
     column and can be downloaded for further reference or analysis.
