The
Solicitation management
screen is your one-stop for creating and managing solicitations, from start to finish. You can view and manage them by individual solicitation or grouped by Free Trade Agreement (FTA).The screen offers two main views:- Solicitation View:Focus on individual solicitations to view details, manage responses, and take actions based on their status.
- FTAs View:Group solicitations by Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and validation period to manage them efficiently.
You can also choose the qualifying period you want to visualize:
- All qualifying periods.
- Other periods which will be organized chronologically.
To navigate there, go to
Main Menu > FTA Solicitation (New) > Solicitation Management
