Supplier dashboard
In the
Supplier Dashboard
, you can easily access and manage outstanding solicitations, certifications, and responses. This is where you can create, review, and edit certifications sent from clients, and oversee solicitations from start to finish.The dashboard displays additional supplemental information fields, giving you greater visibility into solicitation details without needing to open each individual record.
Supplemental fields are agreement-specific and are not shown by default, since most are optional and may not apply to every customer or industry. To display them, use the
Manage Columns
button to add the supplemental field columns that are relevant to your agreement and industry. You can edit a supplemental field value directly in a cell or select multiple rows and use the bulk edit option to apply the same value to all selected rows at once.The screen offers two main views:
- Solicitation view:Focus on individual solicitations to view details, manage responses, and take actions based on their status.
- FTAs view:Group solicitations by Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and validation period to manage them efficiently.
You can also choose the validation period you want to visualize:
- All validation periods.
- Individual periods which will be organized chronologically.
This is the screen you access when you receive a solicitation through email, but it is also possible to access it in the menu
Main Menu > FTA solicitation (New) > Supplier dashboard.
