Logging On

When a Requestor sends a request, the Supplier will receive an e-mail message. This message will prompt the Supplier to log into ONESOURCE FTA Management to respond to the request.

OPENING A SOLICITATION REQUEST VIA E-MAIL

If the Supplier’s e-mail service supports HTML, click on the provided
Solicitation Requests
link.
If the Supplier’s e-mail service does not support HTML, copy the URL in the e-mail and paste it into the address bar of an Internet browser. It is important to note that each login link contains an expiration date.
After the expiration date has passed, the Supplier cannot enter ONESOURCE FTA Management using the expired link. If a new link is required, contact the requestor to ask for a new link.
The Supplier will then be logged into the ONESOURCE FTA Management system with the
Supplier Dashboard
screen open. The
Supplier Dashboard
screen makes it possible for a Supplier to manage all solicitations a Requestor has submitted. The screen will display the following information:
  • Solicitation Due Date
  • Period Begin Date
  • Period End Date
  • Percentage Completed (for each request)
The Supplier can also send a comment back to the Requestor.

OPENING A SOLICITATION IN SUPPLIER DASHBOARD

From the Supplier Dashboard, choose a solicitation to respond to and click the corresponding
Go to Solicitation
link.
Clicking
Go to Solicitation
will redirect the Supplier to the
Supplier Certificate
screen. Instructions on how to complete a solicitation are provided below in the
Supplier Completion of a Certificate of Origin

VIEWING CERTIFICATES IN SUPPLIER DASHBOARD

Supplier Dashboard

ADDING COMMENTS IN SUPPLIER DASHBOARD

The comments feature in the Supplier Dashboard makes it possible to add comments to a solicitation request. These comments will be shared with the Requestor.
To add a comment to a Solicitation Request, choose a solicitation request from the
Supplier Dashboard
screen. Once a solicitation request has been selected, click the solicitation’s corresponding
Add Comment
button on the far right.
A pop-up will appear, complete with a textbox. Use the textbox to write the comment, and then click
Add Comment
.
The comment will then appear in the
Comments
grid of the
Supplier Dashboard
. By default, all comments will display in the
Comments
grid.
To only view comments related to one or more specific solicitation requests, choose which requests should be viewed from the
Solicitations
grid. Once those solicitations are identified, check their corresponding boxes in the
View Comments
column.
Checking the
View Comments
box will display comments only for solicitations with a checked box.
