FTA Certificates and Letters - Responding To Customer Requests

There are two ways to access the
FTA Certificates and Letters
 screen:
  1. Choose
    FTA Certificates and Letters
     from the
    FTA
     menu.
  2. Open the
    Customer Request Management Screen
     and open the
    Request Details
     tab. Click either
    Generate Non-Qualifying Letter
     or
    Generate Certificate
    .
Upon landing on the
FTA Certificates and Letters
 screen from the
Request Detail
 tab, the system will automatically populate the following on the screen:
  • The Free Trade Agreement
  • The Document Type selected for generation
  • The Document Name (which will be the name of the request)
  • The Certificate Blanket Period
The
Product Information
 tab will contain all products eligible for either the Qualifying or Non-Qualifying certificate.
The
Documents
 tab will contain company information from the customer request.
