.
After the document(s) are generated, the system will automatically attach the specified document(s) in a new

The

grid contains:
Column
Description
Created Data
The date the document was generated in the format: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM/PM
Revision Num
New revisions can be generated for the same document when you try to reprint it from customer request management page. The number is sequential and should allow you to have multiple versions of the same document so you can also have any of those versions attached to emails when sending it back to customers.
Document
Report names are displayed based on the
Report type
configured
Display name
. There are some exceptions to that:
  • Certificates: their names are simply the
    Display name
configured in report types. Example: USMCA New. When no
    Display name
was entered, the report type filename is used instead.
  • Continuation: their names are the name of their certificate concatenated with the word
    Continuation
    . Example: USMCA New Continuation
  • Custom: custom reports start with the word
    Custom
    concatenated by the report
    Display Name
    . Example: Custom My Favorite
  • Custom Continuation: custom continuations are named by their custom report name concatenated with
    Continuation
. Example: Custom My Favorite Continuation
  • Letter: they are named with the report type
    Display name
    . Example: My Letter
However, when a report type is not configured, default names are chosen instead of the default reports that we have:
  • Certificates: certificate
  • Continuation: certificate continuation
  • Letter: NQ/Origin Letter
  • Affidavit: affidavit
