FTA Certificates and Letters - Modifying Party Information

To modify the data in the Party Information section, click
Edit
 above the party type. A pop-up will open for each Party Type.
To load pre-populated data:
  1. Choose a company from the
    Available Companies
     drop-down.
  2. Complete the displayed fields as required for the Party Type:
Fields
Description
Exporter
Choose the appropriate Exporter from the
Available Companies
 drop-down to autofill the
Exporter Name, Address
, and
Exporter Tax ID
 information stored for that party. If the Exporter can be more than one entity, type
Various
 and leave the corresponding
Address
 and
Tax ID
 fields blank as permitted by the FTA.
Importer
Choose the appropriate Importer from the
Available Companies
 drop-down to autofill the
Importer Name, Address
, and
Importer Tax ID
 information stored for that party. If the Importer can be more than one entity, type Various and leave the corresponding
Address
 and
Tax ID
 fields blank as permitted by the FTA.
Producer
Choose the appropriate Producer from the
Available Companies
 drop-down to autofill the
Producer Name, Address
, and
Producer Tax ID
 information stored for that party. Alternatively, the
Available to Customs Upon Request
 box can be checked if permitted by the Free Trade Agreement.
After all required information has been provided, click
Save
 at the bottom of the pop-up to save changes.
To close the pop-up without saving changes, click
Cancel
 or the
X
 at the top right corner of the pop-up. If the information was saved, the following message will appear at the top of the screen:
