FTA Certificates and Letters - Multi-Sourcing
When multi-sourcing is enabled, then products will only show in the pop-up (when generating a qualifying certificate) if all suppliers of that product from GC have a Q record. If any of them has a NQ record or no qualified record at all, then none of the instances of those products should show in the grid.
The
HSSource
column identifies the source of the HSNum for each Product in the grid.Document | Location |
|---|---|
Solicitation | The HS Number was provided on a supplier certificate. |
BOM | The HS Number was provided on the BOM file. |
Classification | The HS Number was provided with parts data in the Global Classification module. |
If a large number of products are being selected at a time, the list in progress can be saved at any time by clicking
Save
. After all required data has been selected, click Save
and then Close
, or Save & Close
at the top of the pop-up.
All selected products will appear in the grid in the
Product Information
tab.
