FTA: Product Records - Searching for an Existing Product

To search for a product:
  1. Enter a partial or complete product number in the
    Search Products
     field. A drop-down with type-ahead capabilities will open.
  2. Select a product.
  3. After a product is selected, the following data fields may display in a grid below. It is important to note that the order of these fields may vary, just as some fields may not display. This will depend on how the system was configured during implementation.

    • Certificate Start Date
    • Certificate End Date
    • Agreement
    • Note
    • PC
    • Producer
    • Net Cost
