FTA: Solicitation Management - Adding an FTA/Solicitation Type

Notes Detail
 grid on the
Solicitation Management
 screen is an option to add one or more solicitation types or agreements. If ONESOURCE FTA Management has only been configured to solicit for a single FTA, the system will automatically default to that FTA.
To add an FTA/Solicitation Type:
  1. Click
    Add Solicitation Type
     to open the
    Add/Copy Existing FTA(s)
     pop-up: a list of configured FTAs and solicitation types (e.g. Country of Origin, AALA, Buy America, etc.).
  2. Check the box for one or more relevant FTAs/solicitation types from the list to add them to the solicitation.
  3. To associate all options, check the
    SELECT ALL
     box at the top of the list.
  4. After the needed FTA(s)/solicitation types have been checked, click
    Save
    .
After adding the FTA(s)/solicitation types to the solicitation, the
Solicitation Management
 screen will display at least three tabs beneath the
Add/Copy Solicitation Type
 link:
  1. Available Products
  2. Selected Products
  3. E-mail (Not Added)
  4. Invalid (will only display if applicable)
These tabs share the same column headers for their grids:
  • Product Number
  • Product Description
  • Supplier ID
  • Supplier E-mail
As with many screens within ONESOURCE FTA Management, the
Show/Hide Filter
 button is available for this the above-mentioned tabs. Filters are used for locating specific information (e.g. “Product Number”, “Supplier ID”, etc.) or a certain product.
