FTA: Tools - Spreadsheet Upload

The
Spreadsheet Upload
 screen is used for importing spreadsheets into ONESOURCE FTA Management. This tool can be opened by choosing
Spreadsheet Upload
 from the
Tools
 menu.
To upload a spreadsheet into the FTA Management database:
  1. Click
    Browse
    ….
  2. Choose a spreadsheet for the source file.
  3. Enter a temporary name for the table in the
    Destination table
     field.
  4. Click
    Upload and Import Data
     to proceed.
The spreadsheet will upload to ONESOURCE FTA Management. After the spreadsheet is uploaded, a prefix of
usr
 will be populated to the user-specified table name.
