FTZ Management: Knowledge Based Articles - 3461 Spreadsheet Upload Functionality

Overview

This article is an overview of how to leverage the 3461 Spreadsheet upload functionality to assign detail line items to a 3461 Cargo Release within ONESOURCE Global Trade Foreign Trade Zone Management (FTZ) solution. It details the steps you can use to upload a spreadsheet, and some basic troubleshooting tips.
Purpose of 3461 Spreadsheet Upload
The 3461 Spreadsheet upload will allow users to add detail line items to a 3461 Cargo Release en masse by uploading a spreadsheet template. This will save users time instead of manually keying line items in. It is important to know that the spreadsheet uploaded will completely replace the existing 3461 Detail Line items – so everything should be included on the spreadsheet uploaded into the system.
