FTZ Management: Maintenance - Company Maintenance and ACE Entity Details

CBP’s ACE filing system requires that the name, address, contact, and identification information for all entities within an importer’s supply chain be provided for all goods being imported.
Various Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) as well as Cargo Release will require various entities to be reported when making entry. This entity information can be stored at a maintenance level and managed within the
Company Maintenance
screen.
This screen can be opened by choosing
Company Maintenance

Zone operators that self-file or transmit company name and address in the interface to the broker will need to have all of their entities set up in the Company Maintenance screens.
