Direct Delivery Process

For zones authorized for Direct Delivery processing, the cargo will be allowed to move into the zone from the Customs Port via In-Bond authorization (IT, VIT) for inter-port movements or Permit to Transfer (PTT) authorization for intra-port movements. Operator Concurrence is not needed with Direct Delivery.
Direct Delivery participants are subject to any applicable prior notice reporting requirements set forth in the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (BTA). The steps for admitting goods into the zone for Direct Delivery are listed below:

If you need to revise the e214 data after it has been submitted, you do not have to repeat steps 2-4. However, you must concur the revised e214.
