FTZ Management: Reports - Lot Genealogy Report

The Lot Genealogy screen is used for auditing and tracing the history of a raw material lot to see where it was used as well as what raw material lots and/or sub-assemblies were used to produce the finished good. This screen can be opened by choosing
Lot Genealogy
 from the
Reports
 menu.
To generate a report:
  1. Choose a Lot Type (
    Finished Good Lot or Raw Material Lot
    ).
  2. Choose a lot number from the
    LotNum
     drop-down.
  3. Choose a Search Direction.
    • “Implosion” shows all raw material and/or sub-assemblies used to produce the lot.
    • “Explosion” shows how the material was used.
  4. Click “Generate”.
A report can be generated as an Adobe PDF (default), Excel spreadsheet, or Word document. These options are available in the
Report Format
 drop-down. To view a generated report, click the associated link.
