Classification Lookup (Product Lookup)
The ONESOURCE Lookup screen is a cross-platform functionality that provides a high-level overview of all records stored in each ONESOURCE product. The
Classification Lookup
screen provides records stored at either the Global
or Country
level.It is typically used as the landing screen for the ONESOURCE Global Classification solution. Additional queries are used to assist in driving workflows, managing processes, or finding specific records in the database that are needed on a regular basis.
This screen can be opened by choosing
Classification Lookup
from the main Classification
menu.
Some Lookups have a drop-down at the top of the grid indicating that the data for that query can be viewed via different filters, such as the countries in Global Classification.
Filters | Description |
|---|---|
Global View | Provides access to the entire product database stored within Global Classification. |
Country View | Displays only the products within the presently selected country (e.g. “United States”) |
