The table below contains a list of available links that can be added to the
Edit Classification
screen.During the implementation phase, the client company determines which links are relevant to their business needs and which ones are not needed. Due to this configurability, the number of links the user has in their setup may vary from the example screenshots provided in this User Guide.
Links | Description |

Web Links | If clicked, this link will open a list of customizable links to external sites. |
Additional Codes | If clicked, the user can associate an Additional Code to the currently selected product. For more information about this section, refer to the Additional Codes section of this User Guide. This link will only be active for clients who are also subscribed to Global Trade Content. |
Smart HS | If clicked, the user can associate a 6-digit HS Number to the currently selected product. For more information about this section, refer to the Smart HS section of this User Guide.

Audit Log | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing all audit records across all country views for the selected product. |
Set | If clicked, this link will display the Set/Kit breakdown (if applicable) for the selected product. A number in parenthesis shows the total number of set records associated to the selected product. This link allows for the creation of new Set/Kit breakdown records as needed. This link will only be active for clients configured to use Set Breakdown. |
PGA Data | If clicked, this link will allow the user to add or modify PGA data for the selected product. A number in parenthesis shows the total number of PGA header records associated to the selected product. This link will only be active for clients who are also subscribed to PGA. For more information about this section, refer to the ONESOURCE PGA User Guide. |
Document Retention | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing a list of all documents associated with the selected product. The user has the option and ability to attach additional documents as needed. |
Statistical Classifier | If clicked, this link can be used to determine the HS classification of a product based on other similar products that have already been successfully classified within the Global Classification database. |
Global Product View | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing all of the selected product’s country-level information within the system. |
End Use | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up where the user can enter cross-reference data to change the classification of a product if a transaction has a different value in a given field. |
New | If clicked, this link will create a new product record. |
Exit | If clicked, this link will exit the Edit Classification screen and redirect the user to the ONESOURCE Home (Default) screen. |
Apply | If clicked, this link will copy the selected product’s values into an existing record. |
Copy | If clicked, this link will copy the selected product’s values into a new record. This is covered in more detail in the Product Copy section of the User Guide. |
Save | If clicked, this link will save the new or modified record presently open on the Edit Classification screen. |
Return to Validation | If clicked, this link will redirect the user to the Transaction Corrections screen within ONESOURCE Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) Management after an update is made to the product record.
