Tailoring the “Edit Classification” Screen for Each View
During implementation, the
Edit Classification
screen is customized to meet the client company’s specific needs. During this process, clients work with the Thomson Reuters Client Services team to determine:- Which fields should appear on the “Edit Classification” screen?
- Which fields are required and cannot be omitted?
- If a field is visible, should a user be able to modify the contents of the field?
- Which fields should be tracked in the Audit Log? (More information regarding audited fields is provided in the “Audit Log” section of this User Guide.)
- Which security groups should have access to specific screens, and what are their permission levels?
Available fields will vary according to each Country view. ONESOURCE allows for client-specific fields to accommodate any data elements the user wishes to track that are not included in the standard fields.
For a full list of available fields by country, contact your Thomson Reuters Client Services representative.
