Additional codes tab
In many countries, classifying a product with only an HS Number is not enough. At the time of border crossing, Customs and/or other governmental agencies may require that the importer or exporter also declare an additional code which provides more information about the commodity. Within the
Additional Codes
tab, you will view a grid populated with the additional codes that have been added.The grid shows the following columns.Columns | Description |
|---|---|
Country profile | The name of the country profile connected to this code. |
Code type | The identification code type. |
Additional code | The code type number. |
Import country | The import country name. |
Use the
Filter
option to open the Apply filters
