The
All products changelog
screen logs all changes made to a product from its creation inside the ONESOURCE™ Global Classification. Use this screen to monitor changes to product records in the system.To access this screen, go to the
New Classification
menu and select All products changelog
.The grid defaults to show all global records, but you can filter records by selecting a country on the
Country profile
dropdown. The main grid shows the following columns. The most recent changes appear first.
tip
You can select each column heading to sort the results.
Column | Definition |
|---|---|
Date edited | The date and time of the change in the format: Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM). |
Product number | The corresponding product number that changed. |
Product description | A description of the product. |
Edited by | The username of the person who changed the record. |
Product edit | A description of change. |
