The

Changelog

tab shows all changes made to a product since its creation in ONESOURCE Global Classification.

You can use this screen to monitor changes made to product records in the system.

While the grid is default to show all global records, you can filter records by selecting a country on the Country profile
dropdown.

You can use the search bar to view results that contain that specific word or character.

The main grid shows the following columns. The most recent changes appear at the top of the grid.

Column	Definition
Date edited	The date and time the change was made in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM.
Product number	The corresponding product number changed.
Product description	A description of the product.
Edited by	The username of the person who made the change.
Product edit	A description of what the change was.
