Assign country-specific HS numbers to products mapped to each country profile

You can map the changes in
Custom HS mapping
.
You can access this screen by selecting
Manage custom HS mapping
 when in
HS suggestions
 work queue.
To learn more about this feature, refer to the
Add a new country-specific HS number
 and map it to another country within the system article.
  1. In the
    Classification queues
     screen, select the
    HS suggestions
     work queue.
  2. Select the
    Custom HS
     tab.
    The
    Custom HS
     grid shows the following information:
    Column
    Description
    Other Country
    Identifies the country for which you want to assign a custom HS number.
    Other Country's Description
    Provides a description of the selected country.
    Country-specific HS Number
    Shows the new HS number you will create and assign to the product specifically for this country.
    Other Country's HS Number
    Pre-populates with the existing HS number used in the selected country (optional, depending on system functionality).
    Suggested Custom HS Number
    Suggests an HS number based on how you mapped your country-specific HS numbers.
  3. Use the table buttons to filter your results.
  4. Select the HS numbers you want to update.
  5. Select
    Update to suggested country-specific HS number
    .
