Request a team (internal or external) to classify one or more products

When a product appears in this work queue, it means that it needs to receive a classification update.
  1. In the
    Classification queues
     screen, select the
    Unclassified
     work queue.
  2. Use the table buttons to filter your results.
  3. Use the checkboxes to select the products you want to request product data.
  4. Select
    Actions
     .
  5. Select
    Request product data
    .
  6. Select a group to receive the request.
  7. In the notes section, provide as much detail as possible to help the assigned group process the request efficiently.
    The group you select will receive an email notification, requesting product classification. Once the assigned group classifies the products, you (the requester) can view them in the
    Requests
     work queue.
  8. In the
    Requests
     work queue, you can select the completed products and approve update requests for product data classification.
