grid shows the following information:

Column	Description
Product number	This unique identifier helps track the specific product within the system.
Product description	A description of the product associated with the product number.
Team name	This identifies the team to which you have sent the request.
Date updated	This indicates the last date someone modified the product data or submitted a request.
Notes	This contains additional information related to the product data request.
