Table buttons
In ONESOURCE™ Global Classification, you can filter the data according to your preferences. Use the table buttons on the screen to make changes to the appearance of the results.

Actions ![]() | One of the main components of Global Classification screens, it offers you a variety of possibilities pertaining to the content of the screen.

Some of the following buttons can be, sometimes, found within the Actions button. |
Add product ![]() | Select this button to go to the Add product record screen. To know more about this screen, refer to theProduct record article. |
Bulk Edit ![]() | Edit multiple items at once For efficiency in managing large datasets, ONESOURCE™ Global Classification offers a Bulk edit feature.
This lets you apply changes to multiple items in 1 operation.
In the Bulk edit screen, it is possible to edit more than 1 piece of information at once by selecting Add field. |
Download all | Download an Excel® spreadsheet of products The All Products work queue in the Classification queues screen offers the most filter and customization options for accessing this feature. However, you may also find the Download button on other screens.
This action will download an Excel spreadsheet with the filtered product data to your local database. |
Filter | Lets you filter results based on a data of your choice. The possible filter options are:
Filter based on 1 data point per line. |
Expand ![]() | Hides adjacent panel, providing a full view of the table. |
Go to page | Go to a specific page based on a number. |
Group | Lets you group results based on criteria that best fit your needs. |
Items per page | Adjust the number of items shown per page using this dropdown menu. |
Manage columns | Lets you add, remove, or reorder columns to suit your preferences. There is a limit of how many columns you can add, and if that happens, you won’t be able to edit the previous options. |
Previous andNext | Go to the Previous/Next result pages using these buttons. |
Search field | Enter a number or a short text to find specific results. |
Allows you to select all items in a given page of a grid. |
