Trade/Brand Detail (PG07 to 08)

The
Trade/Brand Detail (PG07 to 08)
 record correlates with the PG07 to 08 Record of the PGA Message Set. This is a conditional PGA input record that provides data pertaining to item identity numbers.If (PG07 to 08) data is required, enter the appropriate information in the fields listed below:

Information
Trade or brand name
The make of the product/component by manufacturer or distributor from the label or invoice.
MODEL The code or name of the product/component.
Model
The code or name of the product/component.
Manufacture month
The month the product/component was manufactured.
Manufacture year
The year the product/component was manufactured.
Qualifier
The qualifier indicates the type of number that is used to identify the item (e.g. VIN number, serial number, engine number).
Valid qualifier codes are listed in Appendix PGA.
Item identity number
A unique identifier assigned to each product or component based on the qualifier.
