Update an HS number based on similar products

  1. In the
    Product records
     screen, go to the
    Details
     tab.
  2. Select
    Actions
    .
  3. Select
    Statistical classifier
    .
  4. In Step 1:
  5. Double check product details by selecting the current percentage that you want your product to match the suggestions you will receive. Note that the sum should always be 100%.
  6. Select
    Next
    .
    This action will open a screen with the information in the following table:
    Columns 
    Description
    HS number
    The suggested Harmonized System (HS) classification number for the product.
    Match percentage
    The percentage of similarity or relevance the suggested HS number has to the product, based on the details you've verified.
    Short description
    A summary of the product category or classification that the suggested HS number represents.
    Full description
    A more detailed narrative describing the product classification or category associated with the suggested HS number.
    Update
    An option or button to select if you want to apply the suggested HS number to the product record.
