View products that are missing fully qualified HS numbers

Available to customers with Smart HS license.
The
Smart HS batch
 grid will show all products that are missing a fully qualified HS Number.
  1. In the
    Classification queues
     screen, select the
    HS suggestions
     work queue.
  2. Select the
    Smart HS batch
     tab.
    The
    Smart HS batch
     grid showing the information:
    Column
    Description
    Product number
    This unique identifier helps track the specific product within the system.
    Product description
    A description of the product undergoing classification.
    Status
    This indicates the current stage of the HS classification process for the product. These are all the possible statuses:
    • Not Started:
       product registered, auto-classification pending.
    • Completed:
       HS6 found.
    • Multiple Rules:
       HS2, HS4, or HS6 not found; multiple rules apply.
    • Ambiguous:
       HS2 or HS4 found, but Classification stopped at the Item Category and didn't find any rule to use.
    • Under Specified:
       HS2 or HS4 found, but Classification stopped at any Category other than “Item”.
    • Unknown Item:
       this status will indicate one of the following:
      • The system tried to classify the brand and couldn’t classify the product.
      • The HS2, HS4, and HS6 not found.
      • The API didn’t return anything in the response.
    • Exception:
       this status will indicate one of the following:
      • Kit Classification.
      • HS2, HS4, or HS6 not found.
      • API returned an error.
    Potential HS headings
    Shows a list of several possible HS code options that could apply to the product.
    Last answer in Smart HS
    Shows the most recent HS code suggestion provided by the Smart HS system, if applicable.
    Product enter
    Shows the category in which the product falls.
    Missing characteristics
    Shows any product information that's missing and needed for accurate HS classification.
    Actions
    Select
    Manually classify
     to use the Smart HS assistant for products not yet classified.
