Accessing Sample Declarations
Once you are ready to conduct a broker data audit, choose a Country/Broker detail line. Confirm the field in the
Data Loaded
column is Yes
. The audit cannot proceed unless Yes
is in this column.
Next, evaluate that a sample set has been selected. If the
Samples Selected
column only includes a Select Sample Set
link, a sample has not been taken. To select a sample of declarations, click
Select Sample Set
. Once a sample is selected, the column will contain Yes
and the Select Sample Set
link. The Progress
column will indicate that 0 of the required 15 declarations have passed the audit.Expanding the broker detail line will display the 15 declarations chosen for the audit as well as the
Status
of the individual declaration. This can be done by clicking >
to the left of the broker detail line.
