Broker Data Audit Screen Navigation

The
Broker Data Audit Management
screen displays a grid of all unique Country and Broker ID combinations.
The display grid includes six distinct columns to easily navigate through all available options. These columns include:
Broker Data Audit Management - Columns
Description
Broker ID
Broker ID and ISO Country Code. For government-supplied data, the Broker ID will display as
GOVT
.
Broker Name
Name of Broker. For government-supplied data, the Broker Name will display as the name of the source system, such as
ACE
in the United States.
Data Loaded
Yes/No field indicating if data has been loaded for Country/Broker ID combination.
Samples Selected
Yes/No field indicating if a sample has been selected for Country/Broker ID combination.
Progress
An x/15 progress percentage of declarations that passed for the Country/Broker ID combination (out of the 15 that are required).
Audit Complete
Yes/No field indicating if an audit has been completed for the Country/Broker ID combination.
All columns on the
Broker Data Audit Management
screen have filtering capabilities for easier navigation. At the top of all columns, text box and filter icons are displayed.
To use this functionality, choose a column to filter by and click the column’s text field in the blue banner. Click the filter icon and choose a filter option.
On the
Broker Data Audit Management
screen, all available countries display with all associated brokers or government sources.
To collapse the display grid to hide the associated brokers or government sources, click the expansion arrow to the left of the country header.
To expand the display grid to show the associated brokers or government sources, click the side arrow (left of country header).
Each broker line can collapse or expand. Click the arrow to the left of each broker line to view the sample set.
