Current Configuration
The
Current Configuration
drop-down is located at the top left of the screen and can be used to navigate to additional Dashboard configuration options.Personal configurations are available per user.
Shared configurations are shared across common security groups.
View Options
The
View Options
link (top right of screen) is used to modify the date range displayed on all system (including Dashboard) reports.To use
View Options
, click the link. This will open the View Options
pop-up, complete with multiple date range options.
At the top of the pop-up are date parameters: the oldest and newest loaded data dates.
In the middle of the pop-up are multiple date range options.
At the bottom of the pop-up is a drop-down containing all in-scope countries and the last date data was loaded for each country.
All load dates are based on the time the information was loaded into ONESOURCE.
The
Display Date Range
section has a variety of options to choose from.Display date range | Description |
|---|---|
Current Year | Year to date, starting at January 1st of current year. |
Previous Year | Current date – 365 days. |
Previous Two Years | Current date – 730 days. |
Fiscal Year | Company’s Fiscal Year |
Custom Range | Custom Range, with user-selected date parameters |
After a date range is chosen, click
X
in the upper right corner to close the View Options
pop-up. This will re-render both the Dashboard and all reports within ONESOURCE GTV with the updated date range. The updated date range will only be used for the PartnerID where the selection was made.
