GTV E-mail Templates

The
Email Templates
 screen allows you to create, edit, and delete e-mail templates available in the system. All created e-mail templates are listed here. This screen can be accessed by choosing
Global Trade Visibility
 from the main menu.
GTV Email Templates
 will appear beneath the
Maintenance Data Management
 sub-menu.
To create a new e-mail template, click
Add Email Template
 (top right of screen).
Fill in the necessary information for the E-mail template in the
Email Template
 pop-up.
The
Type
 drop-down includes all products in the current Partner (Example: GTV).
After entering all information for the various fields, click
Save
.
