GTV Report Lookup
The ONESOURCE Lookup screen is a cross-platform functionality that provides a high-level overview of all records stored in each ONESOURCE product. For general overview information on the Lookup functionality, check the Product Lookup user guide.
The
GTV Report Lookup
screen has eight standard lookup reports: giving high level report status information, validation status information, available import country, as well as broker cross-reference information.This screen can be accessed by choosing
Global Trade Visibility
” from the main menu. GTV Report Lookup
will appear beneath the Maintenance Data Management
sub-menu.Docks (Reports)
The tabs on the left side of a Lookup screen are referred to as
docks
. Docks are used to further narrow down the database based on the specified criteria. The dataset displayed within each dock is an accurate representation of the current database. Next to each dock title is a number or icon.GTV Report Lookup Docks | Description |

GTV Reports – Active | Displays Category, View, and Report-specific information of reports set as active. View column links to report. |
GTV Reports – Inactive | Displays Category, View, and Report-specific information of reports set as currently inactive. |
All Reports – Available | Displays Category, View, and Report-specific information of all reports in system. The value in the Active column indicates whether a report is active or inactive. |
GTV Reports – Added Since Last Release | Displays basic information of new reports added in the most recent release. |
GTV Validations - Active | Displays active validations. The validation group information, validation name, validation message, and validation type are all supplied. |
GTV Validations – Available | Displays available validations in the system. The validation group information, validation name, validation message, and validation type are all supplied. The value in the Active column indicates whether a validation is active or inactive. |
GTV Available Data by Import Country | Displays countries and country-associated date range of available data stored in the system. |
GTV Setup – Data Not Harmonized | Displays Brokers and Carriers who have not been set up with translations in Cross Reference Setup. The Add link (far left) opens the GTV Cross Reference Setup screen to review and maintain broker/carrier data. |
