Setting Audit Statuses
Once the declaration review process is complete, the user is required to update the entry status. To update the entry status, click
Update Status
(top right of screen).
An
Update Status
pop-up will open, containing a Select Status
: drop-down and a text box.Select Status Drop-Down Options | Description |
|---|---|
In Progress | User has started review of declaration, but has not completed review. A declaration will not set the In Progress status automatically. |
Passed | User reviewed declaration and has no concerns. |
Failed | User reviewed declaration and found incorrect/inaccurate data. A Failed status should prompt discussions between broker & implementation team. |
Choose a status and add a confirmation note. No further progress can be made until a note is added. Once a status has been chosen and a note has been added, click
Update Status
to complete the process. This will close the Update Status
pop-up and return to the Broker Data Audit Detail
screen.To close the
Update Status
pop-up without making any changes, click Cancel
.
Once the status is updated, a
Status updated successfully
message displays at the top of the screen. Additionally, the Status will be updated in the top left corner.To return to the
Broker Data Audit Management
screen, click Return
.
